Shipping Policy

IGI Global offers two shipping methods to choose from: Express and Standard. All print book orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL at the company’s discretion. All print journal subscriptions are shipped via Media Mail.

Express shipping offers rush processing with a tracking number and delivery times ranging from 3-9 days worldwide. This does not account for any custom delays that may be present on shipments outside the United States.

Standard shipping offers a discounted shipping rate with a tracking number and delivery times ranging from 7-14 days worldwide. This does not account for any custom delays that may be present on shipments outside the United States.

Note: Trackable shipping is not available for shipments to the country of Iran. In addition, IGI Global cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Note: Standard shipping is applied to all journal subscription orders and may take 4-6 weeks for delivery depending on shipping location. All available journal issues for the purchased subscription year will be shipped upon order completion. Any remaining journal issues will be shipped immediately upon their release, as journal issues are released on a quarterly, semi-annual, or bi-monthly basis.

When shipping outside of the United States, IGI Global is not responsible for any duties or taxes associated with order delivery. A valid phone number may be required by customs to complete delivery in international shipments.
